Android 12
Apart from the fact that there is now no apparent way to allow an application to ascertain one's smartphone's location anytime when anytime when the application is running in the background, all of the modifications to the operating system appear to be positive. All that I really wish for now is a Feedback Hub.
Already enjoying most of those features with One UI 2 🤷🏻♂️
Since Android Pie, I didn't See Any Major Update With Q or Even R Except Security Like What They Said. Google Disapoint Us A Lot. Failed Pixel Phone, Boring OS Upgrade, Nothing's New With Smartphone
Wow the colors of the icons at kind of matte!
Good video. However, there is no such thing as Android "R.". As with Android 10, Google has abandoned its tradition of naming major version updates with a letter. Android 9 Pie was the last major release to receive a confection based name with a corresponding letter. Android 10 was simply named Android 10, and Android 11 is following the same protocol. There is no Android Q or Android R.
Love how everyone still refers to android versions as their letter codenames instead of its number version
Already available for pixel 2xl?
Most of all features, are in my OnePlus 7 pro 😎😎
Collaboration with OneUI, MIUI, OxygenOS will be the Best among all!
btw RealmeOS is a copycat from Miui and OneUI😂
miui already had them for a long time, except for the wave sensor of course
Can someone tell me which phone he is using?
Wow, android’s behind apple for a change.
I want Android R to be named 'Android Rosogolla'..
many old apps will stop working because google is a bitch
I do have screen recorder, all app dark mode feature… Running funtouch Android 9…. What's new!
Instead of Google trying to port features that we already have for years on our Samsung and other android manufacture's devices,
How about they simply focus on the 2 things Android needs to improve:
1) Performance
2) Security
ok nice me mmmmaaaaeeeeemmmm.
Gesture control sounds a bit stupid like you are trying to move away a mosquito. Using gestures to scroll through your phone or pause a music will in no way make anyone feel smarter.
I don't know what new things Google bringing in new Os since Android 9 all these features are already there on my phone which recently get Android 9 update. Even the ROMs running over Oreo has most of the features minus digital wellbeing which I myself consider an useless app which takes space in my phone.
May be that's the reason why many mobile manufacturers are not so eager in providing latest Android updates whether it is Samsung, Asus, Nokia or Chinese firms like Xiaomi etc. My Xiaomi phone still running on Kitkat which also released last year.
Android Red Ribbon
All these features have been on Samsung, Android features are years behind Samsung OneUI.
No real useful feature what so .ever
Finally, an Android 4+ feature on Android R. Yes, I am talking about the hidden separate area for notification and quick settings.
""Hi there iOS"? You''re joking right?
All talking about one UI bruh my realme has all these features 😂
its looks like last miui….
Was hoping internal sounds in that screen recorder thing, because if there's no internal sound at all it's freakin' useless. There's like a ton of screen recording apps out there…
lots of the features are native to emui and miui..
One UI but Material Design
Vivo has most of the featurws like, long screeshot, motion gestures, d many moree.. fuck the name android 11 l, no advanced fatures..
All as usual
Most of this features are already on vivo smart phones
Customizing dark mode according to time is already android 10 feature
iOS 14 comes out
crowd: yay
new android beta or preview comes out
crowd: (extreme fighting noises mixed with screams of the damned)
Haven't finished with android 10 as yet
Android R makes no sense lol
All the people commenting that their ROM already has this or that feature.
The thing is, stock android is meant to be bloat free. So a feature is added only if it's valuable to majority of users.
Also, native implementation is much less resource hungry than added on features. And even boosts performance of existing devices if manufacturers tap into native api for same feature and remove their own bloated version (or at least let the native code do the heavy lifting while using their own code to provide extra features) in the next update.
So basically, Android 11 is Samsung Touchwiz or ONE UI 2 years ago.
These are the possible names android R will be named.
* Rab cake
* Remonce
* Reuzenbol
* Roti tissue
* Roze koek
* Runeberg's torte
Android: Customisation
Apple: Simplicity is best
In short android is just copying from oneui (Samsung)
bro after the release of android z what will be the android names?
Wait. Screen Recording isn't in Android 10? Ok. Guess that's an Oxygen OS feature then. Always thought it was stock in Android 10.
Lol its funny how a lot of companies achieved those features on their android 8/9 phones and google still tries to add those to standard android ui.
btw samsungs been using the front camera to scroll or ss since the release of S5.
OxygenOS already has all these functions
